Achievements
With the kids
In a coexistence characterized by hostility and separation, where children interact based on violence, it was a great achievement to establish a work dynamic in which they could organize, reconcile and function with children who were not part of their circle of friends, carrying out the activities that required creativity, learning and communication.
Listening and being heard overcoming the fear of mockery, censorship and error, integrating at the same time the contributions and collective reflections that planted the seeds of acceptance and naturalness of human differences and the alternatives to live with them through non-violence.
With young people
Begin to develop an analytical and critical relationship with the environment, providing them with personal tools to recognize themselves as active and constructive subjects within society and their immediate surroundings.
Expansion of information and knowledge of the different life alternatives for decision-making regarding their future and regarding the interpretation of local, national and international reality, beyond what they know through traditional media.
Citizen training based on the understanding of the main historical events and social, economic, territorial, migratory and conflict processes that the country has experienced, and that have directly affected them, with a view to practicing a truthful and lasting peace.
With Women Community Leaders
Construction of their life stories around the recognition and appreciation that the contribution of the narration of their experience makes to the history of the armed conflict and even more, to the history of the tireless search for peace.
Proposal of a roadmap for future actions that these women have decided to undertake as trainers in human rights for people who are in detention centers.
