Profile
Lindy Márquez was born in 1985 in Bogotá. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Antioquia where he obtained the title of Plastic and Visual Artist. In addition to this, he is a Magister in Plastic and Visual Arts from the National University of Colombia, Medellín campus. He is currently conducting research on childhood and memory in audiovisual works. He lives and works in Medellín, and is a professor at the University of Antioquia and the National University of Colombia, Medellín Headquarters.

First gesture of the reverse; conversation about gestures, gestures in writing
Lindy Márquez began her residency process wondering What is CuBO.X ?, and developed her first activity focusing on the “reverse” of things. In his second meeting with the community, he invited Fredy Alzate, Master of Plastic Arts from the University of Antioquia, who described "the creative period" referring to Jean Louis Barrault: "There (the artist) sketches, erases, repeats, raises" . It determines that it is at this moment, in which something similar to the game happens to the artist, if it turns out well, he repeats it and spreads it.
In the conversations shared with the public, Lindy embraced writing as an element that is not only based on describing words but before or after gestures.
